Story Highlights
Network member, Dominique Graham, of
Dommie's Blessed
, interviewed many of the
Boston Breastfeeding Coalition
's members--both our peer breastfeeding scholars and parents. To close out Black Breastfeeding Week, Aug 25-31, the Coalition posted a new Scholar Stories which are video interviews and blogs featuring our amazing volunteer breastfeeding counselors who are on a mission to increase breastfeeding support in neighborhoods across Boston.

Apply today to bring a team of 3-5 people from your organization, program, or community group to this FREE one-day workshop! You will have the opportunity deepen your self-awareness as it pertains to how we understand diversity, equity, and inclusion--individually and organizationally. Vital Village is one of many partners sponsoring this effort organized by our network partner, the Massachusetts Young Children's Systems of Care Grant. Spots are limited. See

In this cost-free, 40-hour training participants learn mediation skills to reduce conflict at home, in their neighborhood, with co-workers, in educational settings, and beyond. Graduates receive a certificate and utilize their new skills after training by completing a community service commitment with the
Social Justice Mediation Program
(SJMP). Complete an interest form to receive an application.
